What a year huh? How was yours, good I hope...
I saw many things this past year, met some really great people and made some lifelong friends, all because of music. Sting says "music is its own reward" but I would say, for me, that making new friends and creating relationships with like minded people makes all this worthwhile. We all have motives for doing what we do. Some want to get laid, some want to change the world, some just do it for love. I am sure your reason for being a musician is as unique as you are....

I spend plenty of time trying to help fellow musicians within the industry. For the music biz to survive, I really have start helping musicians more. I will motivate, support and inspire each musician and person I meet. That's my plan anyway...There's nothing better than seeing the people I know kick major ass and achieve their dreams. I have seen it first hand in 2004...

I'm going to spend 2005 meeting more people and making more friends...
I just hope it brings you all the things you desire too,
Here's to you for 2005..

Cheers
Dave
